years.
Checking out films
Please call ahead of time so your films will be ready for you to pick
up and take to your referral appointment. When the referral physician
is finished reviewing the films, please return the films to the Center.
MRI films
If the MRI facility gives you a copy of your films, please bring them
to your next appointment so that the physician can review them. At the
end of your appointment, please take your films with you and keep them
in a cool, dry place. You may need to have them in the future for a
referral to a surgeon.
Imaging Reports
Please call ahead and ask for Medical Records, ext. 253. They will
copy the report from your chart and have it ready for you to pick up.
You will need to fill out a release of information request before you
can receive your report.
Results
The diagnostic staff does not give out test results to patients. Your
physician will inform you of your testing results at your next scheduled
visit.
